Long-Term Care Consultation Services -- Find help to stay in your home, help to decide how much service you need and what services are available, help plan services/supports you may need to return to your community when you are ready to leave a facility, move to foster care or housing with services settings, understand your choices, develop a plan to meet your needs, access programs that help pay for services (if eligible).

Arrowhead Transit -- Public Transportation serving all 7 counties of the arrowhead (Aitkin, Carlton, Cook, Itasca, Koochiching, Lake, St. Louis). No age or income restrictions. Weekly trips to/from McGregor, McGrath, Giese, Mora, Duluth, Minnewawa, Tamarack, Cromwell, Cloquet, Grand Rapids, Hill City, Palisade, Brainerd, Aitkin. Youth 17 and under who are homeless, have run away, or are in danger of being homeless or running away from home are eligible for this federally-funded program; program provides 24 hour access to safe shelter; shelter is available for up to 15 days

Circles of Support -- Teams of three volunteers and one participating family. Each family is matched with three allies who “walk with” them on the journey to move out of poverty.
