Alternative Care & Elderly Waiver Programs
Seniors and their families who need services that help older persons remain in their homes; services that help spouses and families care for senior family members. Services include home health aide, home delivered meals, family caregiver support and training, adult day care services, transportation, personal care assistants, medical supplies and equipment, companion services, homemakers, adult foster care, assisted living, and more.

If you are helping an older family member or friend who can no longer manage on their own, you are a "caregiver". As a caregiver, you may benefit from the advice and support of caregiver support programs, such as linking you to services (meal delivery, transportation, housing, education sessions, support groups and more), offering substitute care (so you can take a break), advise you and assist with exploring options.
